What is the maximum capacity for private events? −

The Vermilion Club accommodates up to 200 guests for a reception or 100 guests for a seated dinner. The Federal Room hosts 60 for a reception or 40 seated.

Do you offer large party dining?+

Yes! Book large party dining online in minutes. We offer a curated, three-course menu for $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Please note that tables are in a shared, open space rather than private rooms.

Can the menu be customized for dietary needs?+

Yes. Our Executive Chef and event team are happy to personalize the menu and accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies.

Do you require a deposit?+

To confirm your event, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before your event.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+

If you need to cancel at least five business days before your event, half of your payment can be applied toward a future booking within three months. Cancellations made closer to the event are non-refundable.

Can I bring in decorations or signage?+

Yes! You’re welcome to add personal touches like signs, banners, or décor. Just let us know in advance so we can approve the details and help with setup.
