The Industry Table is an industry-exclusive, dinner-for-two experience that invites you to dine at The Vermilion Club as a VIP — entirely at cost.

The purpose of The Industry Table is to reignite the spirit that brought us into hospitality in the first place and restore a sense of community and camaraderie. We got into this business because we wanted to share. Experiencing other chefs’ work was essential to John Fraser’s journey — now he’s giving back to the community that inspires him every day.

The Industry Table is our way of making dining more accessible and creating space for everyone to experience, learn, and be inspired.

HOW IT WORKS

At least one guest must be currently employed in the restaurant industry.
Alcohol is not included (due to the law), but exploring our beverage menu is encouraged!
At the end of your evening, you will be charged at cost.

All we ask is that you give us your honest feedback and help spread the word about our program.
