The Bar
Our stunning 55-foot bar is set beneath the Dale Chihuly sculpture we’re named for. Designed by Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, the bar is on the mezzanine level of The Connector at Winthrop Center, offering stunning views of downtown Boston’s famous skyscrapers.
With ambient lighting and stylish bar seating, it’s the perfect place to unwind after work or before dinner.
The Menu
Our Happy Hour menu is curated by the same Michelin-acclaimed chef who leads our kitchen: Chef John Fraser. He built his reputation on elevating classic flavors with seasonal, high-quality ingredients, and that same standard carries through to the bar menu.
It's the same kitchen, the same sourcing, and the same attention to detail as our dinner menu — just scaled down to bar bites for an early-evening crowd.
About Amy Racine
Amy Racine is our award-winning Beverage Director and the architect of our famous bar program. She's led beverage programs at Michelin-starred restaurants, trained in Napa Valley, and has won multiple industry awards, including Beverage Director of the Year, Best New Sommelier, and 30 Under 30.
She built our Beverage Book, which is home to more than 70 cocktails. Amy builds on classics like Martinis, Manhattans, and Old Fashioneds, but each is refined through small, deliberate adjustments rather than reinvention. Happy Hour is the easiest way to try her work.
