Join us at our stunning 55-foot bar, set beneath the Dale Chihuly sculpture designed by Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. Our famous cocktail bar is located on the mezzanine of The Connector at Winthrop Center in downtown Boston. Walk-in only, no reservation required.

Our award-winning Beverage Director, Amy Racine, has built a Beverage Book with more than 70 cocktails, organized by spirit and built around classics like Martinis, Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, and more.
The Wine List
Every bottle on our wine list is carefully selected by Amy to complement the bar menu. Choose from full-bodied reds, crisp and bright whites, and bubbly surprises like sparkling wines and rosé. Available by the glass or bottle at the bar
Join Us for Happy Hour
Monday through Friday, 3–6 PM, the bar runs a dedicated Happy Hour: the same menu above at reduced prices, including $1 oysters. Bar seating only, no reservation needed.
About Amy Racine
Amy Racine is Vermilion's Beverage Director and the architect of our famous bar program. She's led beverage programs at Michelin-starred restaurants, trained in Napa Valley, and has won multiple industry awards, including Beverage Director of the Year, Best New Sommelier, and 30 Under 30.
