THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRESS

John Fraser is a Michelin-star chef and successful restaurateur with award-winning restaurants all over the country. At Vermilion, he brings his famous culinary creativity to downtown Boston with an innovative take on classic chophouse fare. 

Leading the beverage program is award-winning Beverage Director Amy Racine, who brings a thoughtfully curated wine list and cocktail menu that pairs perfectly with any dish. It’s no surprise her Beverage Book is making the rounds in Boston’s restaurant news. It features over 70 meticulously handcrafted cocktails, from familiar favorites to adventurous new drinks.
