Welcome to the Club
The Vermilion Club is an upscale restaurant in downtown Boston, perched on the mezzanine of The Connector at Winthrop Center. Chef John Fraser of Michelin-starred JF Restaurants reimagines American fine dining with his modern take on classic chophouse fare and creative cocktails.
Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and named after the stunning Dale Chihuly vermillion sculpture floating above our 55-foot bar, The Vermilion Club is meant to be a sensory experience from the moment you arrive. Every detail, from the custom furniture to the bespoke lighting, embodies our design-forward ethos and commitment to modern cuisine.
Chef Fraser’s ingredient-obsessed approach shines through in a spectacular menu that elevates steakhouse classics with seasonal produce, dry-aged meats, and coastal New England staples.
At the bar, award-winning Beverage Director Amy Racine leads an expansive cocktail program with over 70 meticulously crafted classics, each with a contemporary edge. Join us for Happy Hour every weekday from 3-6 PM to pair your favorite drink with raw bar specials and chop-house fare.
Pastry Chef Sofia Schlieben expertly leads our famous dessert program with large-format creations meant for sharing—and remembering.
From business dinners to happy hour to romantic date nights, The Vermilion Club offers an unforgettable fine dining experience in Boston.
